U.S. Rep. Carolyn Cheeks Kilpatrick and some of her 13th District congressional race challengers are to debate at Wayne State University's law school today. Crime Stoppers of Michigan President John Broad from Grosse Pointe Farms, Detroit businessman and pastor Glenn Plummer and Vincent Brown of Garden City are scheduled to join Kilpatrick. All the candidates who have agreed to appear are Democrats and will face off against Kilpatrick in next week\'s primary.
